QUILCHENA

1 BEDS | 2 BEDS | TOWNHOUSES | HOUSES

Vancouver's Quilchena neighbourhood is named after a relocated golf course. Quilchena real estate includes a mix of upscale multiple-family residential properties and single detached homes. It is located in between Shaugnessy, Kerrisdale and Arbutus. Quite the company. It has Arbutus Street running right up the middle of it, so it has really great retail contingent with Arbuts Village Shopping Centre.

The borders of Quilchena are King Edward Ave to the North, W.37th ave to the South, Larch St to the West and Cypress St to the East. There is one school in Quilchena, but it is a big one. Prince of Whales Secondary School takes students from Quilchena, Shaugnessy, Arbutus, and Mackenzie Heights.

The northern perimeter of Quilchena is home to The Arbutus Club, which is a family recreation club that offers Vancouverites an excellent opportunity to spend quality time with their families. The club has a swimming pool, two rinks for skating and curling, courts for tennis, squash and racquetball, music studios, a gymnastics space, dining facilities, and much more. The Arbutus Winter Club is also one of the best hockey programs in the city.
