From Blenheim to Cypress Street and 49th to 37th Ave is an area called Kerrisdale. The neighbourhood of Kerrisdale is right out of the movie Pleasantville with its beautiful tree lined streets and picturesque homes. 41st and Arbutus is the hub of activity with many shops, restaurants and facilities for the neighbourhood spanning out from there.

There are two secondary Schools in Kerrisdale: Point Grey and Magee secondary. There are also four Elementary schools: Maple Grove Elementary, Crofton House (private girls), McKechnie and Kerrisdale Elementary. In the Center of Kerrisdale is the Community center, which has Ice skating, swimming and a library. Along with all these amenities Kerrisale also has four large parks to enjoy.

Kerrisdale is made up of primarily Single detached houses and apartment buildings under five storeys. If you are looking for a larger than average lot, this is a great place to start your search. Spend days with your family strolling down cherry blossom filled streets or playing in one of the many parks Kerrisdale has to offer.

This Neighbourhood is a great place to raise a family or spend your days working in your garden, either way Kerrisdale has something for everyone.
